(C&W) nemzetközi ingatlan tanácsadó közreműködött a tulajdonos Sunarrow és a bérlő Motivating Graphics amerikai nyomdaipari vállalat közötti 7.500 négyzetméterre szóló ingatlan bérleti szerződés megkötésében. A Komáromban, 5 hektáros telken fekvő gyártó- és raktárépülethez további 2.000 négyzetméter irodaterület és szociális helyiség tartozik.
